Jing Du, is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development (U.S. Head) at PanaCRO, a global clinical research organization committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered solutions across the drug development lifecycle.

With over 15 years of experience spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics, Jing brings deep expertise in clinical development, global regulatory strategy, and real-world evidence (RWE). Prior to joining PanaCRO, she served as Senior Director of Biostatistics at BridgeBio, where she successfully led efforts supporting global regulatory submissions and drug approvals.

Her career journey—from practicing anesthesiology to leading biostatistics teams and now shaping corporate strategy—reflects a consistent commitment to quality, efficiency, and meaningful impact in healthcare.

Outside her professional role, Jing also serves as Secretary of SFASA (San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the American Statistical Association) and Director of Operations at DahShu, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing research and education in data science.

She holds an MD from China and a Master’s in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from George Mason University. Passionate about fostering collaboration and inclusive leadership, Jing is dedicated to advancing healthcare through purpose-driven execution and strategic vision.
