By talking to people from other companies and getting to know their past experiences, I learned that it is very common to face difficulties at work.

Questions

Good to know

How much time does it take?

Just one meetup a month, about 1.5–2 hours, from April through November. Add a March kickoff and two get-togethers with all of Nexus. Your group picks the times and places together, so it fits around real life.

Does it cost anything?

Not a thing. Nexus is supported by BBSW.

Who will be in my group?

Five or six friendly peers from different companies and backgrounds. We match people who have enough in common to click and live close enough to meet easily.

How is this different from YODA?

YODA pairs you one-on-one with a senior mentor. Nexus is a small circle of peers growing together. They go great together, and you’re welcome to do both.
